An average BTO (Build-to-order) flat will span across 7 - 10 weeks, Resale flat being 10-12 weeks and Condominium units over a 3-month period. However, these duration are just a rough estimate and dependent on the extent of renovation and other factors
Is it possible to overlay my living room floor?
Yes, however, our team will have to head down to your unit to conduct a site check to deem if it is able to do a overlay.

Do I need to hack my toilet?
On average, the lifespan of waterproofing is about 5 years, hence if your unit's toilet has been around for more than the lifespan period, we will recommend you to do so.
